Homemade butter ready in minutes – Fast!

Homemade butter, don’t you think that everything homemade tastes much better? So why buy butter at the supermarket when you can make it at home in less than 5 minutes? 

This recipe is foolproof and I’m sure everyone will love it! enjoy delicious, personalized butter for your favorite dishes.

How to make homemade butter!

ingredient:

  • 500 ml pasteurized crème fraîche or crème fraîche
  • salt to taste or dried herbs

Preparation :

  1. In a blender or food processor, add the crème fraîche and whisk until it becomes a thick paste like butter.
  2. If you are using a mixer, you will need to switch it off and shake it a few times to keep the mixture mixing well.
  3. Pass it through a strainer to separate the whey from the milk: what remains is butter.
  4. Season with good quality salt (Himalayan salt, for example), your favorite herbs, or leave it unsalted.
  5. It’s a good idea to put the butter on parchment paper and press it with the back of a spoon to remove more liquid.
  6. Store it in the refrigerator in a tightly closed container for up to 10 days.
