9-year-old girl, Charlotte Sena, was went missing while she was cycling with her friends in their camping trip. There were many people attended to the searching of little girl.
And she was found in a cabinet, belongs to the 47-year-old Craig Ross Jr.
Craig had arrested as the police had found little Charlotte in his cabinet, at his trailer in his mother’s land on Barrett Road in Milton, New York.
Craig went to the house of Charlotte’s parents, and left them a ransom letter. Which officers found his DNA and fingerprints on it.
After investigation of the police officers, they had found a matching from an arrest that was dating back to 1999. The suspect was Craig Ross Jr.
When SWAT teams had took him, they found little Charlotte in his trailer.
They took the little girl to Albany Medical Center Hospital for examination, and it is stated that she had no physical damage on her.
“Charlotte has been found safe and in good health.” The police had stated in 7pm.
Governor of New York, Kathy Hochul, made a statement after Charlotte had been found.
“We are overjoyed at the news that Charlotte Sena has been located safely this evening after an intense days-long search.”
“Our hearts are with her family as they welcome her home. Thank you to the New York State Police, New York Park Police and all who worked so tirelessly to find Charlotte. It is because of their efforts that Charlotte will be able to return home safe to her family.” Hochul said.
